Each Sunday, you’ll receive one email.

Each week a theme to guide you though deeper self-connection this spring.

Inside, you’ll find a series of thoughts to ground you, journal prompts to help you hear yourself more clearly, a seasonal practice, a recipe, sometimes a meditation. Simple ways to carry that awareness you discover into your week.

It’s not meant to overwhelm you or give you more to manage. It’s there to meet you where you are and bring you back to yourself in a way that feels natural.
